The story of Emerge Leadership: 2010

Errol starts working with Aston Manor Academy in Birmingham. Delivering workshops for year 8 students. Naomi and Errol start putting their heads together about how they can train and develop young leaders in Ghana. Both Naomi and Errol share a deep passion for developing selfless, socially conscious and competent leaders.

The number of schools reached in the UK this year increases to 6 and work is beginning in Ghana.

We deliver workshops, motivational talks and coaching in 20 UK schools and we deliver workshops in Ghana for 100’s of young people.

The story of Emerge Leadership: 2013

We deliver more training and leadership development workshops in Ghana. Errol’s new book “From the Postcode to the Globe – How to overcome limitations and realise your potential” opens doors into many more schools and universities.

The story of Emerge Leadership: 2014

Emerge is working in more than 60 schools across the UK. Partnering with a number of organisations. Over 30 young people are being impacted each year. We now have a team of facilitators that are working in school and assisting with training programmes in Ghana.

Naomi is recognised as one of the most influential women in Ghana. Errol is awarded the ‘Local Hero award for his work in Birmingham.

The story of Emerge Leadership: 2015

Over 50, 000 young people are being impacted. Leadership training for teachers and for public organisations is becoming more in demand. Errol is Awarded Young Male Entrepreneur of the Year. Naomi is recognised as one of the key influencers in Ghana. Errol’s new book ‘Teenpreneur – How to build a business in you teens” is reaching 100’s of teens.

Errol is a finalist in the Birmingham Young Professional of the Year competition. Over 70,000 students and leaders are reached across the UK. We celebrate the birth of Naomi’s beautiful baby girl.
