Naomi Adjepong is the operations manager at Alpha Beta School, a family owned business, and contributes to various aspects of the business and strategic planning of the school. She has seven years of managerial experience and has spent three years in the business sector in private education. She co-directs a social enterprise Emerge Leadership Ghana Ltd, which designs and runs leadership development, programs for teenagers. She is also one of the directors for the GS Project and Alpha Beta charitable Trust, charitable organizations that work to improve the quality of life for people in disadvantaged communities in Ghana. She is a medical doctor by profession and has earned a post graduate qualification in managing rural development. Naomi is a Fellow of the fifth class of the Africa Leadership Initiative-West Africa and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
