Catherine is a young, dynamic, award winning entrepreneur with a portfolio of businesses.
Catherine has also been a public speaker for the last decade. Branded as ‘The Excellence Coach’ she uses her ability to reach large audiences to motivate, inspire and empower people of all ages to attain excellence and achieve success. She is a seasoned motivational speaker, business & executive coach and personal coach. She uses the skillset she has learnt through various life experiences to educate and motivate others through innovative and effective techniques. At 30 years of age, she has had the opportunity to speak at events with hundreds of participants and work with blue chip companies, SMEs and small community groups.
Catherine holds a BA (Hons) in International Business, which she has used to underpin her business expertise. She has had training in negotiation and influence, project management, coaching, NLP, counselling and mentoring the vulnerable in the community. Her passion is to help people access the potential within in order to climb the ladder of achievement.
Catherine started her first business when she was 18 and has been a part-time entrepreneur ever since. Her portfolio ranges from coaching and consultancy to events management, media and social enterprise. In her corporate career she has held roles incorporating Executive Assistance, Project Management, Operations Management, Training & Development, Talent Management & Succession Planning, Strategy & Consultancy and Customer Experience Excellence.
Catherine is the CEO of TLConsultancy Ltd and Enterprise International. She uses her coaching expertise to aid individuals and businesses alike. Her most recent ventures include the Part-time Entrepreneurs’ Network (PTEN) and the Entrepreneurs’ Expo.
Catherine previously hosted her own radio show with a community station and feels this gave her an avenue to put the ‘stars’ of the local and wider community into the spotlight to be celebrated. She will soon be presenting a TV format of her show for Sky TV to reach a wider and more diverse audience.
